Come for an evening of learning and inspiration! The Seven Gifts, a Truth and Reconciliation art installation, is going into Riverfront Park. This is your opportunity to meet the artists, and hear about what has inspired them.
  • Experience smudging and a traditional opening ceremony
  • Learn about each of the Seven Grandfather Teachings from Elder Larry McDermott
  • Hear about this collaborative art project from the artists: Nish Nabie – Indigenous Wood Carver, Deborah Arnold – Stone Sculptor, Darlene McLeod – Mould Maker, and Dale Dunning – Bronze Fabricator

Thursday, May 4th from 7-9pm at the Almonte Old Town Hall.
Doors open at 6:30 and smudging starts outside.
